For your final reflection, we want you to complete your studies of health promotion by taking the time to appreciate the benefits of evaluation. To do this, you need to find an example of a health promotion evaluation report. There are many different examples available from organisations we have previously discussed, such as Community Health, Local Government, State and Federal Governments, Primary Care Partnerships and not-for-profit organisations.

Your task now is to:

1. Briefly describe what was involved to evaluate the health promotion program (i.e. the design methods, timing etc.)
2. Then comment upon the results demonstrated by the evaluation.
