Task Details:

In this assignment, you are required to identify and discuss, from the perspective of your selected organisation (e.g. a company you select and research via publicly available information, or the company you work for, or the organisation you volunteer with) the enablers and barriers to innovation that you consider most critical in that particular organisational context.

You will need to use a diagnostic tool to analyse the state of innovation at your organisation. You are welcome to create your own or adapt the example given in Loewe & Dominiquini’s article. Include this diagnostic tool template as an appendix at the end of your report.

You are then required to develop solutions to minimise barriers and strengthen the enablers identified in your diagnostic assessment.
