You are required to supervise, gather evidence and report on the production processes for 12 (twelve) service periods) while on Industry Placement.
Note: If your placement is in a venue that conducts split shifts (Lunch and Dinner), this represents two (2) complete service periods.

  • Create a subfolder labelled Task 1
  • Place the supporting evidence for the logbook (i.e. Kitchen workflow schedules, Mise en place lists, Food preparation lists) in this folder.
