Youth after care make look similar to an adult on parole, however, if they are rehabilitated it may help the juvenile from re-offending rather than punishment.Being proactive rather than reactive. Importance of this court jurisdictionThe importance of this jurisdiction is so that young adults are rehabilitated.At a juviniles age there is a reason for doing what they are doing, whether is be taught or from experience. It is better for these young adults to be rehabilitated and re taught so that they are not repeat offenders, as they get older. The teaching instead of punishing is a form of being proactive rather than reactive later on in life. Issues that can arise from this courtjurisdictionThere are going to be issues in every jurisdiction.This one in particular is how the juvenile is going to react to the rehabilitation.If the juvenile is not sentences to prison time and they are sent to a program instead, if they do not learn anything from the program or placement they are in, they can offend again causing safety issues to society.Another way this doesn't work, is if the child is put back in the environment they learned to offend in, there are big chances they will re-offend.
