Research Question: How can digital technologies be leveraged to improve sustainable plastic waste management in the retail sector?

Literature: My research focuses on how digital technologies can be used to improve sustainable plastic waste management within the retail sector. Although most studies in this area are based on circular economy theory, I plan to apply the triple bottom line concept to improve sustainable marketing performance. I intend to use Unilever’s 2023 Annual Report and its calculations as a case study.
