Reflection on Personal Brand and Authentic Leadership

Assignment Help on Personal Reflection

Assessment Type: Individual report

Task & Scope: Write a personal reflection that begins with how your values, beliefs and passions are reflected in your personal leadership purpose and why it is important to your personal brand identity. Consider how it is relevant to and how it will influence those you lead. Then reflect on how your values, beliefs and purpose as a leader align with the values of your audience (e.g. employees, organisation, industry) and explore what this alignment or misalignment means for the development of your personal brand statement – this task is about not just considering your audience in terms of how you want to position yourself but just as importantly remaining conscious of who you are and what your core message is.
