For this reason, I would recommend a cloud storage service to store backup and recovery files. This is also helpful with working remotely and allows data to be accessed from anywhere, as long as the correct security measures are in place (Hart, 2016). Input/Output devices Input devices are tools that allow data to be entered into a computer system, such as a keyboard or mouse (Simkin et al., 2018). These devices allow for the input of data into a computer system that will then be processed and transmitted to an output device. The output is especially important because the device used is how management will retrieve their decision- making data (Simkin et al., 2018). The recommended output devices would be computer screens and printers.
