Two changes
- Elimination of discrimination: Women should have the same number of opportunities as men in all the aspects of work this includes all the type of employment. Additionally, the ratio should also be equally divided between all the genders.
- Elimination of Sexual harassment: The second change is to eliminate harassment at workplace, women should be able to work and study in an environment that is free from harassment.
Service and policy related to change
- Service for discrimination elimination: Consultation with equal opportunity commission, which investigates and resolves the gender biases. The commission also provides training and education to prevent discrimination and provide equal opportunity
- Policy for sexual harassment: Sexual harassment policy at workplace and educational institutes which outlines the procedures and investigation process of harassment complains along with the consequence for the offender would be effective in managing this issue.
