Our MNC is expanded in various countries like France, Vietnam, and Brazil. With this global presence, it is necessary to manage HR efficiently and operate in accordance with the distinct cultures where our subsidiaries are present. If the regulatory environment of these countries is understood it may lead to unique opportunities. To enhance organisational consistency, one has to practice Performance Management and Talent Management for effectiveness.
