This assessment task requires you by the due date and time to compose and submit 3 original posts supported by the contemporary literature and referenced accordingly into the designated online forums in response to topics/questions listed. You are also required to engage in the online forum by posting ONE response to a peer’s post to ONE of the three topic questions to the designated online response forums also supported by the contemporary literature and referenced accordingly. Each of your original posts has a word
limit of 200 words and each of your response posts has a word limit of 150 words (+/- 10%). The topics for which are based on content from Modules 1 & 2, Modules 3 & 4 and Modules 5 & 6 respectively:

Clinical leadership is not an important consideration as I am about to graduate as a novice RN. My focus is really about increasing my confidence and improve my clinical skills to be a competent clinician in my first year as a graduate RN. - Response Posts to Forums (one post): You will also respond in one of the Online discussion response forums to a post made by a peer.
You will post your original posts on the topic to the online forum by Thursday 15th of September 2022, 1600hrs (4pm)
Each of your original posts has a word limit of 200 words and each your response
posts has a word limit of 150 words (+/- 10%). Your original posts are required to be completed and posted to the forums by the due date.
All posts (3+1) must then be submitted as one collated word document to enable the provision of feedback to the Turnitin dropbox submitted before Thursday 22nd of September 2022 at 1600hrs. Your submission needs to be in one Word document of your original posts and response posts (in word format) including references; AND you will also need to submit screenshots of all your forum posts in their entirety and include as a part of the document in addition to the posts that you have included in word format AND submitted to turnitin by the due date.
Please submit these as part of the document submitted for assessment task 2 in a single document.
