MGT3SMG Strategic Management - Assessment Task 3

Task Purpose:

The purpose of Assessment Task 3 is to have students undertake a strategic analysis that demonstrates an understanding of strategic principles and the application of strategic methods of analysis.
The task will be assessed within the following sub-tasks:
1. A background to the study
2. An analysis describing the external environment in which Netflix operates;
3. Identification of Netflix’s current competitors and an analysis showing the positioning of these competitors against Netflix.
4. A Business Level analysis of Netflix showing the critical external industries upon which it relies for survival;
