LA TROBE UNIVERSITY TO PARTNER WITH THE AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS

Now having the privilege of working closely with the AFL, La Trobe University has invested an estimated amount of $75 million in the construction of an enormous sports precinct to leave everybody stunned. With the chancellorship of the La Trobe University for a prolonged term, Dewar has invited the CEO of AFL, Gil McLachlan to the Bundoora Campus for a tour. The Vice Chancellor of the La Trobe University, alongside the CEO of AFL have jointly decided to hold a press conference this Friday at the Bundoora Campus of La Trobe University. “Our primary goal is to become ‘number one’ in this sport,” Vice Chancellor John Dewar to the AFL CEO Gil McLachlan upon signing the deal. AFL is currently responsible for all levels in Australian Rules football and is the only most popular winter sport in Australia. A match organized by this reputable organization is attended by over 300,000 fans every weekend. In fact, more than 1.5 million people play Australian Rules football in various competitions around the country.
