Course Description:
This course introduces fundamental concepts of human resource management (HRM) and the strategic role of HR in organizations. Key functions like workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations are covered. Best practices for managing human capital across essential HR processes are discussed.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
Explain the expanding scope and strategic role of human resource management in driving business success
Conduct effective workforce planning, forecasting and analytics aligned to organizational objectives
Streamline recruiting and selection processes to identify and hire qualified talent that meets company needs
