Introduction:
Numerous educational institutions that provide degrees in business management emphasizes on good management skills in any organization. Many of the famous scholars abide by the notion that good management practices are connected with high production and output, a growth in sales and share of the market (Centre Piece, 2005). An organization needs good management to run the company’s operations smoothly and efficiently to achieve greater success in the future. The manager is an individual that is responsible for making strategies, works on decision makings by observing every single detail so that he might not regret later, systematizes administers and commands the employees in different department (Cieślińska, 2007). the management in an organization evaluates the internal strengths and weaknesses of an employee through which that organization can benefit and also evaluates the external threats and opportunities for that employee through which the workplace environment can benefit from it. According to Pedigo & Dunnette (1989), management is teamwork like that in any sport that is quite similar to the desires of the teammates. If a manager or supervisor (i.e. the team captain) doesn’t understand his teammate's demands and desires then, unfortunately, they will fail as a team. There are many advantages that a manager achieves in their job that are:
- Effective communication with the subordinate supervisor and with employees, their expected performance.
- To make other employees ready and themselves for promotions in other departments or management
- To predict how other supervisors would execute their roles if they are promoted to higher positions.
- To certify that the management trainee programs are designed to fulfil the desire of the supervisors as they transitioned into new positions.
- Detect and solve misunderstanding relating to duties, preferences, and responsibilities of supervisory roles.
Managers are essential in every organization as without proper management the organization or the company couldn’t run its operations smoothly. The Management department is like the heart of the organization with a defected heart the bodily functions won't run smoothly and the whole body will be affected, this is the same case with the management department if there are flaws in the managerial roles or responsibilities and if the managers don’t listen to the colleagues the organization won't be able to finish the task required in making the company a success in the future.
