LIMITED LIABILITY: PROTECTION AND TAXES 2 Abstract This paper focuses on Frank, who intends to launch a new company. He needs guidance on how to integrate the gospels into his business practices. Frank is a Christian who wants to run his company in a way that honors God. He questions if Christians should try to reduce their tax obligations. You know the saying, "Render to Caesar that which is Caesar's"? Furthermore, he questions whether a Christian should use an organization that offers responsibility protection and what liability protection entails. He worries that employing such an organization might be avoiding his obligations. This paper will respond to Frank's query regarding the ideas of limited liability or liability protection, specifically if it is improper for a business owner to employ an organizational structure for a business that offers liability protection. Is it inappropriate from a Christian worldview for a firm to aim to reduce its overall tax burden?
