On the other hand, Wilma is the ABC Company controller which means she has power to determine who works for the company and who does not. This makes Leonard the middle man that would create a positive and sustainable working relationship with Wilma and Claire. In this case, Leonard should postpone his change and make it slower by first working with Claire at ABC Manufacturing. This means Leonard would give Wilma a chance to study and get to know Claire in terms of skills, qualities, and abilities that she has. Leonard should gradually delegate duties to Claire and submit them to Wilma informing her that the tasks were handled by Claire. The gradual change would help change Wilma's attitude and perception towards Claire from a casual knitter to a professional auditor.
