Key criteria such as stakeholder needs, system usability, data completeness, cost-benefit considerations, and adoption strategies were critically examined. Challenges, including low clinician engagement, privacy concerns, and usability limitations, were supported with current evidence. Lessons learned and strategic recommendations were discussed to inform future implementations of similar digital health technologies.
