1.) what do I think of my exercise results? I think the results above are a realistic assessment of my abilities.
2.) What are your strengths and weaknesses? I don’t have much core strength I’ve never really worked out my core muscles much. I can say my weakness is not being able to do more than 2 sets of each exercise I had a hard time completing the second set. My Strength would be performing each exercise correctly.
