My reasons to take up the course in social work degree offered by Griffith University are many and varied, but to start I have over 3 year’s of experience in disability and community services and home care. My main role was to provide direct health care services to people with significant disabilities in their homes. Moreover, in care services designed to assist people with their daily living task, also to enable them to achieve the maximum personal independence within the community. I believe that, by doing this course I will be able to enhance my skills also I will be able to share my experience as well as learn from the experiences of other students on this social work program, while gaining the exact knowledge I need from faculty and staff.

My wish is to be able to focus on social services and be capable enough to link theory and practice together to provide quality essential services for the public at large. My aim to apply for this course is not only to get the degree in social service but also to develop methodical and critical thinking skills, which have great importance to start a career in Public services. To be effective and work better, I understand the need of theoretical aspects of the program. And I am focused on learning the fundamentals that can help, improving the life of unfortunate members within our society.
