Use the knowledge you got from the BMC in week 2 to describe the value proposition. How does the model add / create value for the consumers?

1. Data (samples) used for training

What data (samples used in classes for training) was used. This may include physical objects, movements, sounds, etc.?

1. How the model is used to solve the problem presented in the introduction

You may explain using an example / scenario. You may need to include additional features such as an app that connects to the model in order to create a full product. This description should explain not just the involvement of the model but full business case. For e.g. how would the entire automated coffee shop would function with the inclusion of the customer detection AI.

1. The customers

Use the knowledge you got from the BMC in week 2 to describe the customers who will purchase / use this product.

1. The disruption

Explain what disruption it will bring. You can look at it from an industry point of view where you look at competing products in the market.

3. Business strategy

What business strategy can be used and how data fits into it (topic 11). If none of the strategies in topic 11 fits your solution, you should do further research as there are many more strategies available.

4. Ethical considerations

Because your model / product is data-driven, there will be some ethical implications. Describe at least one ethical consideration based on data related commercialisation of your model. Use the information from topics on Data Ethics
