Task: The five principles of trauma-informed care are safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment (ACI,2019). You are required to choose three of these principles and write a critical reflection of the ways in which your own practice and workplace currently meet the expectations for contemporary recovery and trauma informed mental health services. Identify areas for improvement and realistic strategies for implementing change. You may wish to write in the first person, but this is not an opinion piece and you must support your reflections with critical discussion of the academic and/or consumer literature as well as policy that is most relevant to your own practice
