This resource includes a template to use for this assignment, or you can use an existing template that you have successfully used at your workplace.

Your trainer/assessor will then guide you through the process to complete this assessment task.

A client has come to you with a proposal to purchase and renovate an existing heritage listed warehouse.

Assessment directions

1. List the key headings to be included in a feasibility study for the purchase and renovation of an existing building. The building is a heritage listed warehouse that the purchaser would like to convert to apartments.
2. Describe the type of information that should be provided under each heading in the feasibility study.
3. List the sub-consultants that you will engage to provide specialist advice to you for the feasibility study and their purpose.
