For these tasks, assume that you are working on a building and construction project and that you are assessing the relevant organisational documents.

Before starting this assessment, your assessor will organise the resources required for this assessment (listed below).

You are required to:

§  Access and review the following:

o   Plans and specifications for the building and construction project

o   Organisational documents relevant to quality management of on-site communications for the building and construction project

o   Design documentation for the building and construction project

§  Identify plant and equipment needed on the building and construction project that require a licence

§  Evaluate the construction methodologies for certain aspects of the building and construction project

§  Interpret quality management requirements and project material specifications for the building and construction project

§  Where relevant, record your answers in the spaces provided in each task

§  The following organisational documents:

o   Risk management procedures relevant to operating plant and equipment on a building and construction project

o   Building and construction project plans and specifications that contain information relevant to:

·         Temporary and permanent works and services

·         Electrical cabling

·         Plumbing and gas piping systems

·         Temporary lighting and power outlets

·         Wastewater disposal systems

·         Fire suppression systems

o   Digital copies of documents relevant to quality management of on-site communications on a building and construction project

o   Design documentation that contains information relevant to the materials to be used in a building and construction project
