• Briefly position intentional teaching as tool for applying educational psychology in the early years.
• Explain the continuums as they sit within early childhood teaching theory and pedagogy. Ensure to list the corresponding strategies for each continuum.
• Select and describe 3-5 intentional teaching practices within each continuum.
• Provide practical integrated and/or segregated examples of learning opportunities for your selected strategies in each continuum, for babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers to inform your practice.
• Can you explain how low, mediating and explicit continuums, might relate/integrate or be interdependent upon each other.
• Provide 2 brief examples to demonstrate your application of this understanding.
