Overview

For this assessment, you and your team are HR Transformation Consultants tasked with analysing and assessing the current state of corporate entrepreneurship in your client's firm. Based on your analysis, your team has to proposed appropriate evidence-based recommendations for your client's HRM department to foster entrepreneurship and innovation. 

For this assessment you must write a management report of approximately 3,000 words which includes two parts.

1. Part 1:Analyse and assess the current state of corporate entrepreneurship of your client organisation for which the details and data sheets will be provided by your tutor.
2. Part 2:In response to your findings in Part A, make brief but evidence-based recommendations what the HRM department can do to enhance the levels of corporate entrepreneurial activity in this company.

After completion of this assessment you should be able to:

• apply the Entrepreneurial Health Audit measuring instruments to practical situations;
• analyse the collected data and make meaningful interpretations;
• apply theory towards implementing solutions to organisational problems.
