TASK DESCRIPTION

For this assessment task, you are required to work individually, although you are most welcome to discuss your developing ideas with your peers either face to face or through the discussion forum.

You are required to write a 1600 word essay where you discuss the validity of “The future of the construction industry is digital, therefore there is a need to rethink the way we manage time in construction projects”. An essay is different from a report and thus you will not use headings. However, your essay should have a clear structure that leads from one point to the next and supports and overall position of the argument. See ‘task advice’ below for help on how to structure your essay.

To ensure successful completion of the assessment task, the essay must include references to substantiate your argument. Examples help to illustrate a point being made.
