Assessment Task 2 - Project

Following from Assessment Task 1, you have received feedback from some staff that they are not clear on all the policies and procedures regarding WHS. After consulting with the CEO, you have been allocated the task to create a WHS Induction Training programme for the company. Once the programme has been created, you are to present the training to staff members. (The role of staff members will be played by other students).

The following tasks are to be completed:

1. You will need to identify the WHS training Create a questionnaire with questions relating to WHS in the workplace which will assist in identifying gaps and where training is required. Discuss the results of the questionnaire with the CEO (your Trainer/ Assessor) to determine what areas the training will focus on.
2. Create a WHS Induction Training program. Ensure the program covers
   1. the training needs identified in question 1
   2. WHS Acts, regulations and codes of practice
   3. The companies WHS policies, procedures and program
   4. Where WHS policies, procedures and information can be accessed

3. Present the WHS Induction Training to staff Your Trainer/Assessor will observe and evaluate your presentation using the checklist below.

The trainer/assessor will complete the evaluation checklist below and it will form the evidence gathered for this unit.
