2 The ADDIE Model Assessment The ADDIE model helps instructional designers and training developers to plan and create effective learning environments/experiences (Widyastuti, 2019). The model will be used in this scenario to evaluate and develop a training efficiency needs assessment to support product manufacturing. Analysis designs to be used, development, implementation, and evaluation are the major components of the product manufacturing needs assessment. Analysis. The main objective or goal is to improve our company's product production rate. With these at hand, the production team is the targeted audience for the training, for they are at the forefront of the challenge. Training will help equip them with sufficient knowledge on improving their performance rate, effectively affecting production. Design. The training content structure and its goals are set in the design phase. The training will be conducted in person. The production team will need to be trained on new ways of production apart from the ones they already know or even more knowledge from the ones they have. Development. After the design outline of all the content presented during the training, the trainer will present it to the team in an in-person training model. This will significantly alter the rate of understanding since they will conduct practicals that will enhance the new procedures set or those to be implemented. Implementation. This phase will be very effective after the development phase, for the employees are now equipped with the required knowledge to increase the production rate significantly.Now it is the

After all these phases, training analysis, designs, development, and implementation, the company board will be required to evaluate whether their objective to improve production before the valentine's season is met.
