Assessment 2 HR Managers Briefing Guidance

This assessment allows you to choose a relevant HR topic and produce an HR Manager's briefing paper on one of the topic's listed below.

By exception it is possible to choose a different topic. However you must have a good rationale for a different topic and gain the consent of the unit coordinator in writing by week 10.

Choose one of the following topics to focus upon in your HR Manager's briefing paper:

+ Managing diversity, managing equality or anti-discrimination: (ensure you do NOT use content from the course you completed)

+ Occupational health and safety: psychosocial hazards would be a good topic (NOT young workers)

+ Work design: Job crafting

+ Recruitment and selection: attracting talent

+ International HRM: managing expatriates
