Note: the chosen information systems can do anything you like. a)       Brief description and background of the business in the case. What does the business sell or do? Where is the business located? A brief history if you can find it.

b)       What are the key goals of the business? (you may have to make some assumptions here)

c)       Who are the main stakeholders of the business? What value is likely being created for/by each of the various groups of stakeholders?

d)       Are there similar businesses nearby? What are they and where? (Hint: Google maps will be useful here)

e)       How successful does the business appear to be? How satisfied are its customers? Provide justification for your answer (i.e. how do you know?)
