Students are to create a HR standards framework based on a HR Professional body such as the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), or the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRNZ) for Ice Cream Dreams – an emerging ice cream company based in Adelaide.
