Yeah in the report I have seen me as a arranger like it says me as a conductor, yes I am good at organising things, planning a ahead of every situation and OMG I was really surprised with this report as it says a bit exactly what’s in my mind like yeah I keep lot of things in mind as I should start everything but keep lagging myself to finish the tasks. Like I arrange everything but just delay the things to be done like there is a example in the report exactly what happened in my scenario like yeah I always change my mind at the last minute like yeah I change my travel plans at the last minute. I think I have to change this as I should complete all the tasks than delaying.

So from this yeah I got to learn that I should get involved in everything and I should be a part of everything and I need to be like a creative person, keep tracking my goals, and enjoy the present going each and every activity which I does and should develop my personality skills, opinions and obligations.

RESTORATIVE

Yes, am great to hear about this from the report. As I always try to fix the broken issues which I do without thinking, or problems caused with some interrupts. As the report says that I have involved in the subjects where I show some intrest and enrol in the subjects according to that yes I always try to fix the problems as fast as I can and sometimes yeah I think too much about the small task also as like my mind doesn’t be stable and I also disturb the people like if I need anyone’s help to complete the task yeah, I will just keep on tracking and finish the task.

Yeah I should always try to solve my problems on my on and I should let people solve their own problems as everyone has their own and I should just be independent to complete every task of mine weather its important or not. And I think I should have enough courage in fixing the problems and I should prevent the problems before they come up and if any problems should fix by my own.

I think am great at context like yeah whatever I plan I just go through all the negative points and overcome all the problems or wat ever which may cause trouble in the future and I always take a example or guidance from my mates or the one who experienced the situations but I am not much interested in historic news or stories as like I think yeah history is like they achieved, developed, or did their contribution and now it should be our turn for everything and have a good future.
