Task description
Students are required to write a management report for one of the following companies (choose one company only):
- Coca-Cola
- Samsung
- Virgin Australia
- Coles
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia Students must answer the following questions:
- Perform an environmental scanning with SWOT analysis for the chosen company– what are the main opportunities & threats?
- What are the four types of organisational culture? Describe the type of organisational culture exhibited by the chosen company.
- Discuss the importance of work–life balance programs in today’s workplace and describe how the chosen company use HR policies and practices to support a healthy work–life balance.
