Task:In contemporary mental health practice, there has been a shift away from the traditional biomedical care and towards a recovery-focussed model of care.

Discuss how recovery from mental illness can be enhanced through the recovery model. Imagine you are presenting to a group of new mental health nurses on the recovery model of care.

You should discuss:

• What is the the recovery model?
• Why is this model is important in mental health care?
• How does it benefit clients?
• Give at least one example of the recovery model in practice.

You should use at least 4 academic sources to support your discussion. You can frame the post around the care of Juan if you would prefer, or you can talk about recovery in general terms.
