ZOHO project management software

ZOHO is one of many project management software that are available in the market. Just like any other software it has its own pro’s and con’s  

Some of the positive aspect of this software is its clarity in projects. People that are assigned on certain projects can clearly see on the on the overall project. What is it about, who’s working on it, if its done or about toe be completed.  

With the help of ZOHZ, people/managers can connect in real time with other members of the group and at the same time they can share / update the progress of each project they are working on. Doing this allow them to work in collaboration with other members, sharing project files and other important data.  

Along with the positive sides, every software or app has its negative side as well. In the case of ZOHO since it has too many options and features, it can be confusing for someone new to this software. Managing everything under one tool is usually what many people prefer however, as said at times can get complex and technical as well.  

Another con with this software is that its layout and overall its presentation is not user friendly. For a new person, it will take good amount of time to understand and analyze the requirement of the overall software. Unless you have good project, management knowledge and have little bit of experience, it will be really very difficult for any person to use ZOHO.  

So overall after analyzing the whole software and app, I like to conclude that ZOHO is a great platform for teams to manage projects and can-do wonders if used properly. However, making full and proper use of the software can be time consuming as it will require a lot of time to get used to it.
