You will create a HR standards framework for the new HR team, drawing on the three professional associations and four organisational examples. You will present the framework/standards in the form of a poster using word or PDF formats for submission through Turnitin designed for use in organisational media. You need to create a diagram, able to reproduced as a poster, showing your HRM framework model.
