Task 3 (a)
You are the supervisor of a group of 15 workers in a business involved in an industry of your choice (for example hospitality, manufacturing, finance, customer service, education, health, etc). You have been asked to plan and organise a number of work group activities in relation to measuring current resource use and devising strategies to improve usage.

1. Identify at least 3 resources ( Electricity, Water, Waste, paper etc.) in context to your business and use the table provided to record the following: (80-100 words each)

1. Measure current resource usage (use a graph/pie chart to show current usage and expected improvement after implementation).
2. Identify tools and techniques to assist in achieving efficiency target
3. Your ideas on continuous improvement strategies in relation to resource efficiency
4. How will you support your team members to help you identify possible areas for improved practices and resource efficiency in the work area?
5. Any suggestions and ideas about environmental and resource efficiency management from stakeholders?
6. Provide examples of two costing strategies
