- Set three SMART short-term goals that you would like to achieve by the end of this semester. Next to each goal, write the percentage (0-100%) of self-efficacy you feel toward that goal. If there are any goals under 80%, modify the goal until you have a high level of self-efficacy toward achievement of the goal.
