1. Landlords
   • They will be able to post their room advertisements and make necessary adjustments to it like editing it or open or close it.

   FE-1: Post advertisement
   1. Provide details of the room
       - Save the advertisement
       - Continue to edit it
   2. Submit the advertisement
   3. Status changed to ‘Under review’
   4. Posted if approved, deleted if rejected

   They will be able to reply to student inquiries

2. Moderator
   • Able to approve/reject an advertisement posted
     FE-1: Approve/Reject
     1. Advertisement gets submitted
     2. Logs into website
     3. Able to see the list of room advertisements to be reviewed
     4. Review the description and verify the details
     5. Approve or reject
     6. If rejected
         - Provide reasons
     7. Advertisement status emailed to the landlord

   Able to see and generate reports
   FE-2: Generate reports
   1. Once enough information is gathered
   2. Able to click on ‘Generate report’ button to see latest updates

3. Full stack developer
