Mr. john is working as my assistant thus he is sole responsible for all my work quality, I and john try our best to do research on the best possible HR activities, so that our department becomes more professional & stronger in terms of quality work. Ms. Mari being as marketing head, always market starbucks products via different advertisement patterns, thus I assist her to find out best modes of advertisement. Mr. Watson, not only directly connect with me, but also with Ms. Maria. I hire different sales person for Mr. Watson department that can boost the company’s sales. Mr. Michael is helping me out to organize employees training classes, introduce newly effective training methods for management. By using my ideas of module, I interact with all people being as the HR manager of the company, while absorbing all rights to instruct employees and to remind them that they have obligations to follow and leads all the instruction very carefully. Along with this, I try my best that I admire all employees’ efforts and show friendly behavior to them.
