Section One - Report on case study - 1800 words written in third person (eg the organization, he, she, it, they) with 10 contemporary (beyond 2008) refereed articles (Academy of Management reference style).
This section is to be written as though you are an Organizational Development Practitioner recommending to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the need for the change and your recommendations to implement the change and development. You are required to provide the CEO with evidence of the rationale and implementation plan by supporting your claims and referencing to the body of knowledge you have learnt in this subject. You need to:
identify the problems
discuss the cause/s of the problems
determine the organization systems affected and why
discuss alternatives (how it could be done differently)
make recommendations by outlining the plan, intervention and implementation process for the solution/s

The Report needs to be well presented in report format using heading and numbering, in-text referencing, proof read for errors - in the same way they would if presenting the report to a client.
