Task description:

Research suggests that a key component of leadership is being emotionally connected to others and understanding how emotions affect working relationships and performance. Some suggest that leaders who are more expressive and can read emotions of others are more influential than leaders without these skills
Do you agree? Why or why not? In your response, please use example of leaders to support your arguments. Your analysis will demonstrate third year capabilities for conducting thorough and detail research and critical thinking.
The essay must be properly formatted with cover page, table of contents, introduction, body, conclusion and references (8-12) and written in 3. person (Please see below for example of a cover page).
In your essay refer to at least 6 references which need to be current academic references no older than 2013. An academic reference is a journal article or academic book.
