Part B:
This part of the assignment requires you to design a drinking glass. Use a graphing software or your calculator to find values of the pronumerals below to begin describing the shape of your glass. Later, you are going to calculate the volume by rotating about the y axis, so you only need to complete one 'half'. x and y values should be given in millimetres or centimetres.

All capital letters are pronumerals (not all will be unique!)
1. The inner wall of the glass is 1 mm thick. Describe 3 - 4 additional functions to complete the boundary of the glass (don't forget the horizontal ones)
2. For your drinking glass, calculate the volume of glass required.
3. A relative has suggested using your glass to drink wine. Calculate the height of the liquid in the glass that would be needed to make the serving one standard drink. You will need to consider the difference between different varieties of wine.
4. Invert the functions before confirming your answers.
