This assignment is worth 10% of your final grade. You will find the rubric for the assignment on the unit site. You should refer to the rubric when preparing your assignment for submission. The use of rubric, ensures that students’ reports are marked by the same standards and criteria no matter who is marking the report. These criteria are given to you in advance so that there are no surprises for you about how your report will be marked! If you are unsure about these criteria, see your tutor or lecturer.

You need to answer the following broad questions on how have you approached the second assignment Group Report. Your response should include your progress on the following two dimensions. Some sub-questions have been included to give you an idea about how to approach these dimensions:
- Reflection: (500 words)- 5 marks
- Reflect and critique on your initiatives towards your progress for the second assignment. (In your reflection you can refer to issues such as: forming a group, clarifying roles and responsibilities; selecting a business idea; identification of entrepreneur for research; identifying and researching resources to consider for your report; and solving problems (if any).
- 2. Self-Analysis (500 words)- 5 mark

- How do you plan to improve these aspects in future? (Strategies could include: WIL; volunteering; short courses; professional development etc.)
WHAT IS REFLECTIVE PRACTICE?
Reflective practice is about taking personal responsibility for actions, self-reflecting and critiquing your own performance and identifying and planning future development needs. In order to take personal responsibility for your actions you need to first identify where there are areas that could be improved on. Reflection is a process that allows you to identify areas where improvements could be made, and how those improvements could be made.
