Select an organization. It may be your own workplace or one that can provide you with good access to attraction approaches that are used. It does not have to be a large organization. If possible gain permission from a suitable person from within the organization (ie HR Manager, Supervisor etc and explain the aim of the assignment as well as any possible assistance that can be given in providing information about current recruitment processes).   • Analysis of fit with current theory and approaches – attraction include link to retention and engagement of these approaches (1000 words)
  • Recommendations and conclusions (300 words) 
  • References
  • Appendices
