In pairs, plan, conduct then evaluate a performance review meeting for the F&B Attendant job description provided. One student will assume the role of performance reviewer, the other person will play the role of the reviewee (job holder). The reviewer will plan the structure of the interview and the associated questions (see template). When planning the review, decide together on the following aspects of the job:

  1. Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  2. Positive aspects of the job holder's performance
  3. Less positive aspects of the job holder's performance
  4. The job holder's career aspirations
  5. The job holder's current qualifications

Consider legislative elements such as EEO and WHS when conducting your review.

You will carry out the performance review meeting via a TEAMS link in the presence of your lecturer, who will assess your performance review of the F&B Attendant (according to the rubric). After you have completed your performance review, you will swap roles so your partner can carry out their performance review (both reviews will be recorded).
