YOUR TASK:

Congratulations! You have just been appointed to the position of Knowledge Management Officer for the UNICEF Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC). See Appendix A for the advertisement for this position. Your manager has asked you to prepare a report on the use of wiki technologies to address the knowledge management needs of the GSSC.
Tutorial activities in weeks 6 ‐7 will help you to build a picture of the UNICEF GSSC and its IM and KM needs. In the real world, you would be inside the organization and so could talk with people and analyze internal documentation. We will look into how to use publicly‐available information in creative ways to make up for this shortfall.
