The document should include:

• Executive summary

• Project objectives and benefits
• Solution scope
• Project constraints
• Project risks
• Project assumptions
• Key stakeholders and their needs.
• Identification of 3 feasible ICT solutions.
• Estimation of budget and time required.
• Analysis and comparison of the ICT solutions and their fit to Golden Ponds and the problem to be solved.
• Analysis and comparison of at least 2 available product development approaches (in relation to this project).
• Analysis and comparison of at least 2 project management methodologies (in relation to this project).
• The recommended overall solution.

Solution Proposal
Compose an email to the Project Sponsor presenting the business case and requesting approval to proceed.

Task 1.3
Project Team Establishment
List the roles and responsibilities of the proposed project team members.
