• Consider your current role in implementing individualised plans.
  List five tasks that you are required to do as part of your role.
• List five tasks that you are not trained or permitted to do within your role. For each of these tasks, note exactly why you are not permitted to do them.
• For the five tasks outlined in the previous task, identify who is permitted to do them.
