You will analyze the incident in a wider organizational context and explore the influence of any wider social issues. You will think creatively about what proactive strategies could you try in the future if a similar incident happened again. You consult a mentor about your choices. The assignment "due" date is the target date for you to submit your work. You have until the "available until" date to submit the assignment without academic penalty. The available until date is two weeks after the due date.  After the available until date you will receive a grade "NN" for the assignment, unless you have special consideration.
